Глава 4

1 И сделал медный жертвенник, длиною в двадцать локтей и шириною в двадцать локтей, а вышиною в десять локтей.

2 И сделал литое море - от края его до края его десять локтей, все круглое, вышиною в пять локтей, а окружность его определял снурок в тридцать локтей.

3 Под ним со всех сторон кругом стояли изображения волов, на десяти локтях со всех сторон окружали море два ряда волов, вылитых одним литьем с ним.

4 Оно стояло на двенадцати волах, три глядели к северу, три глядели к западу, три глядели к югу, и три глядели к востоку. Море лежало на них, и весь зад их обращен был под него внутрь.

5 Толщиною оно было в ладонь, и края его, сделанные подобно краям чаши, походили на распустившуюся лилию. Оно вмещало несколько батов, вмещало три тысячи.

6 И сделал десять умывальниц, и поставил пять по правую сторону и пять по левую, чтоб умывать в них; омывали в них приготовляемое ко всесожжению, а море для того, чтоб умывались в нем священники.

7 И сделал десять золотых светильников, как им быть следует, и поставил в храме, пять по правую сторону и пять по левую.

8 И сделал десять столов, и поставил в храме пять по правую сторону и пять по левую, и сделал сто золотых чаш.

9 И сделал священнический двор, и большой двор, и двери к двору, и обложил двери их медью.

10 Море поставил на правой стороне, на восточно-южной.

11 И сделал Хурам тазы, и лопатки, и чаши. И кончил Хурам всю работу, которую производил для царя Соломона в доме Божием.

12 Два столба и опояски, и два венца на верху столбов, и две сетки для покрытия двух опоясок венцов, которые на главе столбов;

13 И четыреста гранатовых яблок на двух сетках, два ряда гранатовых яблок для каждой сетки, для покрытия двух опоясок венцов, которые на столбах.

14 Сделал и подставы, и умывальницы сделал на подставах,

15 Одно море и двенадцать волов под ним;

16 И тазы, и лопатки, и вилки, и весь прибор их сделал Хурам-Авив царю Соломону, для дома Господа, из полированной меди,

17 Царь выливал их в окрестности Иордана, в глинистой земле между Соклофом и Царедою.

18 И сделал Соломон все вещи сии в великом множестве, а вес меди не определен.

19 И сделал Соломон все вещи, которые в доме Божием, и жертвенник золотой, и столы, на которых хлеб предложения;

20 И светильники, и лампады их, которым надлежало гореть по уставу пред задним отделением храма, из отборного золота;

21 И цветы, и лампады, и щипцы из золота, и притом из золота совершенно чистого;

22 И снимцы, и чаши, и фимиамники, и ложки из отборного золота, и двери дома, внутренние его двери во святое святых, и двери в храмовой дом, из золота.

2 Chronicles

Chapter 4

1 MOREOVER he made an altar of brass, twenty cubits its length and twenty cubits its breadth and ten cubits its height.

2 land he made a molten sea of ten cubits from brim to brim, round in shape, and five cubits its height and thirty cubits its circumference.

3 And it stood upon twelve oxen, three facing north, three facing south, three facing west, and three facing east; and the sea was set above them, and their hinder parts were inward.

4 And the thickness of it was a handbreadth, and its brim was round like the brim of a cup, very beautiful.

5 And he made also ten poles, and put five on the right hand and five on the left, to carry with them the altar of burnt offering.

6 And he made ten lavers of brass, and put five on the right hand and five on the left, so that the priests might wash their hands and their feet in them.

7 And he made ten candlesticks of gold according to their specifications, and set them in the temple, five on the right hand and five on the left.

8 He made also ten tables, and placed them in the temple, five on the right side and five on the left. And he made a hundred basins of fine gold.

9 Furthermore he made a large court for the priests and for the Levites, and overlaid the doors and the bars with brass.

10 And he set the sea on the right side of the north end, over against the south.

11 And Hiram made the pots, and the shovels, and the basins. And Hiram finished the work that he was to make for King Solomon for the house of God;

12 To wit, the two pillars and the knobs and the capitals which were on the top of the two pillars, and the two wreaths to cover the two knobs of the capitals which were on the top of the pillars;

13 And four hundred pomegranates on the two wreaths; two rows of pomegranates on each wreath, to cover the two knobs of the capitals which were upon the pillars.

14 He made also bases, and lavers made he upon the bases;

15 One sea, and twelve oxen under it.

16 The pots also and the shovels and the fleshhooks and all their instruments did Hiram make for King Solomon, for the house of the LORD, of bright brass.

17 In the plain of Jordan did the king cast them, in the clay ground between Succoth and Zeredathah.

18 Thus Solomon made all these vessels in great abundance; for the weight of these vessels of brass that Solomon made could not be found out.

19 And Solomon made all the vessels that were for the house of God, the golden altar also, and the tables whereon the shewbread was set;

20 Moreover the candlesticks with their lamps, that they should burn after the manner before the oracle, of pure gold;

21 And the flowers and the lamps and the tongs made he of gold, and that perfect gold;

22 And the snuffers and the basins and the spoons and the censers, of pure gold; and the entry of the house, the inner doors thereof for the most holy place, and the doors of the house of the temple, were of gold.

4 Оно стояло на двенадцати волах, три глядели к северу, три глядели к западу, три глядели к югу, и три глядели к востоку. Море лежало на них, и весь зад их обращен был под него внутрь.

5 Толщиною оно было в ладонь, и края его, сделанные подобно краям чаши, походили на распустившуюся лилию. Оно вмещало несколько батов, вмещало три тысячи.

6 And he made ten lavers of brass, and put five on the right hand and five on the left, so that the priests might wash their hands and their feet in them.

7 И сделал десять золотых светильников, как им быть следует, и поставил в храме, пять по правую сторону и пять по левую.

7 And he made ten candlesticks of gold according to their specifications, and set them in the temple, five on the right hand and five on the left.

8 И сделал десять столов, и поставил в храме пять по правую сторону и пять по левую, и сделал сто золотых чаш.

8 He made also ten tables, and placed them in the temple, five on the right side and five on the left. And he made a hundred basins of fine gold.

9 И сделал священнический двор, и большой двор, и двери к двору, и обложил двери их медью.

9 Furthermore he made a large court for the priests and for the Levites, and overlaid the doors and the bars with brass.

10 Море поставил на правой стороне, на восточно-южной.

10 And he set the sea on the right side of the north end, over against the south.

11 И сделал Хурам тазы, и лопатки, и чаши. И кончил Хурам всю работу, которую производил для царя Соломона в доме Божием.

11 And Hiram made the pots, and the shovels, and the basins. And Hiram finished the work that he was to make for King Solomon for the house of God;

12 Два столба и опояски, и два венца на верху столбов, и две сетки для покрытия двух опоясок венцов, которые на главе столбов;

12 To wit, the two pillars and the knobs and the capitals which were on the top of the two pillars, and the two wreaths to cover the two knobs of the capitals which were on the top of the pillars;

13 И четыреста гранатовых яблок на двух сетках, два ряда гранатовых яблок для каждой сетки, для покрытия двух опоясок венцов, которые на столбах.

13 And four hundred pomegranates on the two wreaths; two rows of pomegranates on each wreath, to cover the two knobs of the capitals which were upon the pillars.

14 Сделал и подставы, и умывальницы сделал на подставах,

14 He made also bases, and lavers made he upon the bases;

15 Одно море и двенадцать волов под ним;

15 One sea, and twelve oxen under it.

16 И тазы, и лопатки, и вилки, и весь прибор их сделал Хурам-Авив царю Соломону, для дома Господа, из полированной меди,

16 The pots also and the shovels and the fleshhooks and all their instruments did Hiram make for King Solomon, for the house of the LORD, of bright brass.

17 Царь выливал их в окрестности Иордана, в глинистой земле между Соклофом и Царедою.
